We need lead plumbers with top technical skills at a professional plumbing level. You’ll need to demonstrate expertise in the replacement, installation, assembly, and servicing of plumbing and drainage systems in residential and commercial environments. You should also know industry standards and local, state, and federal plumbing codes. Finally, and most importantly, you’ll need to be able to maintain good customer relationships at all times.

• Submit a detailed description of the solution by properly diagnosing the customer’s issue and educating them on their options. Secure proper signatures and contract information before proceeding with any work.
• As applicable, repair, maintain, install, replace, service, and inspect all water, sewer, gas, and plumbing systems.
• Clean drains in residential and commercial buildings using equipment provided but not limited to sewer and drain cleaning machines using cables or rods.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot plumbing problems for solutions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment, including job site, work vehicle, and shop.
• Comply with all company policies and regulations and safety in the performance of work-related duties.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

• 3 years (preferred) experience in plumbing service and repair
• Demonstrated expertise in replacement, installation, assembly, and servicing of plumbing and drainage systems in both residential and commercial environments
• Knowledge of industry standards and local, state, and federal plumbing codes. And most importantly
• Ability to foster and maintain great customer relationships at all times

• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a drug screening and background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical and manual dexterity–this position requires the ability to use and manipulate tools of the trade. This may include, but is not limited to, drain cleaning equipment, jetters, drills, saws, various hand tools, torch, pipe cutters, wrenches, etc. Must have the ability to work skillfully with hands and have an average level of eye/hand/foot coordination. Must be physically able to work actively.
